NextG Innovation Grants

Congratulations to the winners of the 2025 NextG Innovation Grants:

— Felix Heide – Cameras as Optical Computers
— Iain McCullogh and Barry Rand – Reconfigurable polymer THz systems
— Prateek Mittal – Privacy-Preserving NextG Analytics
— Aditya Sood – Efficient Thermal Management of RF Power Electronics via Accurate Temperature Prediction and In-Situ Verification
— David Walker and Zachary Kincaid – Safe Agent-Driven Networks via Relational Verification

The Grants support high-risk/high-reward research at an early stage that may not be mature for competitive grants. This endeavor is made possible through the generosity of Princeton’s NextG Corporate Affiliates Members, to enable pioneering and cutting-edge research across diverse areas related to next-generation wireless communications, sensing, and networking.
